Sahaja
Transcending the limitations of the mind. What you are is beyond time and space.
Untouched are the skies of being even with a clouded mind.
Sahaja means spontaneous, natural and original. It's a name that has been given to me. And it's exactly what my intention is about.
To help you discover your original nature. Before this body and mind came into existence and even after they're gone. To transcend your limitations
and heal from your past experiences that seem to bind you from this natural way of being. From being spontaneous and soaked in joy without fear in life.
Many teachers have many methods, yet they're all pointing to the same. And I'm willing to explore what works for you with you and be your light of insight in the darkness created by your ego.
My intention isn't to console you or make you feel nice or have some supernatural powers to blast at you or impress you with.
That would create dependency and it's something I see with spirituality way too often and actually doesn't do anything for you.
You're not to be dependent on anyone in this whole existence. You're the most capable and powerful to heal and discover the truth of what you are. I just hold the light and show the path.
Yoga means Union. Because that's the goal of yoga. Not working out or doing stretches but being in absolute union with the existence.
It's not a mental or emotional union or some kind of a pleasant state. It is a recognition of yourself beyond your person.
You may call it enlightenment but it is just simply that. It's taking off your blindfold and seeing with clarity all that you thought yourself to be.
This body, this mind, these feelings, this whole story of the past and future is not you. There's nothing wrong with any of these things.
But they're not you.
There's many branches yoga has to arrive to that depth of discernment and clarity of seeing.
The 4 main branches are Bhakti, Jnana, Kriya and Karma.
Bhakti is the path of devotion, trust and surrender. Jnana is the path of knowledge, inquiry and insight.
Kriya is the path of energy work, technique and practice. Karma is the path of action performed for the benefit of others.
